Purposes and collection methods

Data is collected electronically through forms, email-code verification, discovery requests and technical session/security records. Purposes include inquiry assessment, proposal preparation, account/history services, system security and abuse prevention.

Legal grounds

Personal information is processed under the applicable legal grounds, including steps directly related to establishing a contract, compliance with legal obligations, establishment or protection of rights, and legitimate interests in maintaining service security while respecting fundamental rights. Where consent is required, it is requested separately; this notice does not constitute consent.

Recipients and transfers

Personal information may be shared, as necessary for the stated purposes, with authorized personnel, hosting and email providers, AI and security services used for the relevant activity, and competent authorities when legally required. International transfers are subject to Article 9 of Turkish Law No. 6698. Submitting a contact form does not subscribe you to advertising.

Rights under Article 11

You may ask whether data is processed, request information, learn purposes and whether use matches them, learn recipients, request correction of incomplete/inaccurate data, request deletion/destruction where conditions apply, request notification of corrections or deletion to recipients, object to adverse outcomes based solely on automated analysis, and seek compensation for unlawful processing.

Your rights and how to make a request

You may send personal data rights requests to the email address below. For a formal email request under Turkish KVKK rules, use an email address you previously supplied to our company and that is registered in our system. Other legally permitted written, registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature and mobile signature routes remain available. We may securely verify your identity; do not send identity documents or sensitive information through sales forms. KVKK requests are answered as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. Where the GDPR applies, we respond without undue delay, generally within one month; a lawful extension of up to two additional months may apply, with notice within the first month.
