Information and proposals

Product pages and AI suggestions help assess needs; they are not binding guarantees of technical suitability, timing, price or results. Submitting a form does not establish a contract. Scope, access, responsibilities and commercial terms are assessed in a separate proposal/agreement.

Permitted use

Use lawful information you are authorized to share. Do not access another account, bypass security or quota controls, submit harmful content or disrupt the service. Do not share passwords or verification codes.

Content and service limitations

Intellectual property rights in brands and site content are protected. AI outputs may be incorrect or incomplete and require human review before decisions. Availability and third-party services may be interrupted. Suitability and integration requirements need separate assessment; continuous availability is not guaranteed.

Commercial terms

Purchases and payments are not completed on the Otematik website. The service scope, pricing, delivery conditions and responsibilities are set out in a separate proposal and agreement. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Your rights and how to make a request

You may send personal data rights requests to the email address below. For a formal email request under Turkish KVKK rules, use an email address you previously supplied to our company and that is registered in our system. Other legally permitted written, registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature and mobile signature routes remain available. We may securely verify your identity; do not send identity documents or sensitive information through sales forms. KVKK requests are answered as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. Where the GDPR applies, we respond without undue delay, generally within one month; a lawful extension of up to two additional months may apply, with notice within the first month.
