Data we process

Technical request/session data supports website security. Forms collect a name, optional company and at least one contact method. Customer accounts use email verification and store discovery history. Forms do not create marketing subscriptions. Do not share confidential or sensitive information.

Purposes and processing

Data is used to assess inquiries, discuss solutions and quotes, provide account access and limit abuse. Our product catalog is checked first for suitable solutions. Where necessary, the business requirements submitted through a verified account are analyzed using AI services.

Technical services and transfers

We use hosting and email infrastructure, AI services for solution discovery, external font delivery for page presentation, and bot-prevention services to protect forms. Only the information needed for each service may be shared with the relevant providers, and processing may take place internationally.

Retention and erasure

Customer discovery history remains accessible for 30 days. Other personal information is kept for as long as necessary for its processing purpose and applicable legal obligations. Where the legal conditions are met, you can request erasure, destruction or anonymization.

Your rights and how to make a request

You may send personal data rights requests to the email address below. For a formal email request under Turkish KVKK rules, use an email address you previously supplied to our company and that is registered in our system. Other legally permitted written, registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature and mobile signature routes remain available. We may securely verify your identity; do not send identity documents or sensitive information through sales forms. KVKK requests are answered as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. Where the GDPR applies, we respond without undue delay, generally within one month; a lawful extension of up to two additional months may apply, with notice within the first month.
